The company was founded in 1996, due to the development of the ambitious project called PPS - Portfolio Performance System - the first financial and market efficiency analysis software produced in Brazil. Since then, our main goal has always been to augment the maximum " in-depth " knowledge of application implementation with financial expertise, which has lead us to our current 4.0 upgraded version of PPS.

The idea of providing professional consulting on financial analysis emerged from the growing demand of investors for an impartial performance evaluation whether it be the policy or level of efficiency on how their portfolios are managed or how well it is meeting its goals. As a result of this, the necessity for a professional organization, capable of joining technical information, technology and qualified professional exempted from any links to financial institutions has become strongly required. On this aspect, PPS consulting firm has aimed to outline its unique profile, our attempts to highlight the importance of an independent and objective evaluation on issues related to finance, has not only full-filled all the requirements mentioned before, but has also firmly contributed to the establishment of a systematical process of performance analysis, as well as, for a greater understanding of investment strategy and management, those ones represented as an accurate evaluation of different sets of information, along with different conditions and priorities relevant for various investors.

Based on special procedures legislation, mainly referring to the new resolution 3.121 of CMN which stipulates assets allocation in terms of liability forecasts, also considering topics related to corporate management, our scope of services has increased. It allows us to provide pension funds with a strong elaboration of investment policies, compliance systems, asset liability management, internal control and regulation. Among other things, our high skilled team is prepared to give support to board financial committee and training program for advisors.
